We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm, Saturday from 9am to 1pm, and closed on Sunday and public holidays.

Yes, we offer gluten-free.  As our kitchen uses gluten products, some traces may be present in your sweets.

If you would like to collect your cupcakes, please advise of a preferred time for collection.  Please be on time to collect your order. 

Yes, we deliver to Canberra, Queanbeyan and surrounding areas.  We offer DELIVERY and LOCAL PICK UP. 

If there is no one home, we will leave the delivery at the door in a safe place where possible.  If for some reason there is not a safe place, we will charge a redelivery fee at a time to suit the receiver.   

Our preference for delivery is to have someone home to receive the cupcakes.   

We do not take any responsibly for cupcakes left at the front door.

Apartments - Where cupcakes need to be left at an apartment unit and access is not permittable, we will endeavor to leave them inside the entry area.  Unfortunately we do not take any responsibly for lost or stolen cupcakes.

Our cupcakes are shelf stable so please avoid refrigeration as this will dry out your cupcakes.   Store them in an airtight container out of sunlight.

We required a minimum of 24 hours notice, however if you have an urgent request, please contact us and we will do our best to facilitate your request.

Our cupcakes are always baked fresh daily.  Your cupcakes are best eaten on the day you receive them but they will last for at least 3 days.  Store them in an airtight container out of sunlight.
